The 40 m² property can accommodate up to 4 people; It consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a sofa bed for two people, 1 bedroom with two 140 cm wide beds, 1 of which is on the mezzanine, and a bathroom with toilet. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV with Netflix, and a washing machine. A baby cot, high chair and booster seat are also available free of charge on request. This accommodation does not offer air conditioning, but a column fan.

A parking space is available on the street just outside the door of the gîte and on one level and a second is possible on the property of the host. Families with children are welcome, although sleeping on the mezzanine is not recommended for toddlers. Pets are allowed but not smokers. This cosy little house is 1.5 km from the medieval village of Saint-Antoine l'Abbaye, classified as one of the "Most Beautiful Villages in France", and 1.2 km from the Miripilli Children's Park at the Chapaize Pond. The village has a departmental museum, restaurants, a few shops and many cultural activities throughout the year. From the gîte there are many hikes.
